Bitcoin has moved from about 21K to 25K over the past 7 days so what does that mean if anything?
Over the past few months, I have been following blue-chip cryptos closely, but have not had much self-education time.
Everyone seems to be looking for signs to confirm if the crypto bear market is indeed over and done with.
Naturally, our main focus was on Bitcoin (BTC, Tech/Adoption Grade “A-”) and Ethereum (ETH, Tech/Adoption Grade “B”), because historically, they have always confirmed the turn in crypto market cycles.
But at the present time, the altcoin market has also started to move.
Many altcoins lost as much as 90% off their peak values during this bear market, but they have now started reclaiming some of those losses to start off 2023. In fact, numerous altcoins have already doubled in price since January 1st.

On this week's podcast we are featuring another IHub team member Vicki Goss Karsher who has really broken out and hit the leaderboard a couple of times. Vicki started her direct sales/network marketing business 30 years ago with Mary Kay Cosmetics. She was with Xango and several other companies before showing up in one of CMG autoresponders on May 15th, 2018.
Over the past 90 days since joining the ERC program, she has booked 24 calls which represent 1,189 W2.s and $11,890,000 in potential funds for clients and $404,260.00 in commissions for herself.
Her very first client call has already been sent to the IRS and will pay her a commission of a little over $36,000!
Vicki is a loving wife to her husband Pat of 43 years of whom she’s known since grade school. They have 3 married children and 4 amazing grandchildren.
Pat is a retired Financial Planner and Vicki is a retired Cosmetic Counter manager for companies like Estée Lauder, Prescriptives, and Philosophy.
She and her husband live in Northwest Colorado where they spent 13 years managing 2 Guest Ranches with their grown children.
They now live on a Ranch with their oldest son and his family helping raise Mustangs, Goats, and their 23 chickens.
Vicki says she feels blessed to be on this team, creating a better retirement for her and her husband and creating a legacy for her children and grandchildren.

Our special guest for this session is CMG team member Zane Marty from the small town of New Castle, Wyoming. (Population 3,500).
Zane is a husband, dad, and full-time 3rd-grade school teacher.
Zane is someone with no direct sales, or MLM experience, who just saw the opportunity for what it is and DECIDED to Go! Think about this, he has created nearly a $300,000 income in 90 days WITHOUT BUILDING AT TEAM and with Zero direct sales or team-building experience.
When I say he sees the opportunity for what it is I mean it. He doesn’t have any preconceived mindsets or misconceptions to deal with like most of the people that hear this interview.
Jim Rohn said “Time Management is the Best Kept Secret of the Rich” The truth is when I look at CMG members that are part of the Ihub Global ERC leaderboard, over half of them are part-time.
I can’t wait for you to hear Zane’s story. He has booked 56 ERC calls, the majority are small businesses with 5 or fewer employees. In his home town he has enrolled the owner of the grocery store, the local car dealer, etc. about 6 or so businesses in his communities.
He has a total of 819 W2’s so he is averaging about 14.6 W2’s per booked call. For a potential of 8, 190,000.00 in recovered funds for the business owners and $278,000 in commission to Zane and his family. IN LESS THAN 90 DAYS! He spends his lunch break at school calling businesses and Zane has enrolled several in Wyoming, North Dakota, Montana, South Dakota, and throughout the USA.

This week's podcast features Shellie Giddings. I first met Shellie over 25 years ago at an NII Regional training event somewhere in Idaho or Iowa, I don’t remember at the moment. NII was her first network marketing experience. When I first met her I would describe her as a straight shooter with big goals and dreams & she has the exact same mindset today.
Over the years she has been involved in 5 network marketing companies off and on. She is the mother of six children and 13 grandchildren.
She has always been a straight shooter and team player. She did a phenomenal job heading up our CMGBookClub.com and she is the chairperson of the republican party in her town.

During the 2 ½ months since Ihub released the ERC program she has scheduled 29 calls with organizations totaling 1,375 W2s which based upon company averages equates to 13, 750,000 in funds for organizations & $467,500 in commissions. She stated publicly when she was a special guest on Ihub Global’s corporate ERC call that her goal was to make 1 million dollars in 2023. I believe she will reach her goal, and I think after you hear this podcast session.

The last year and a half since joining Ihub Global have been beyond insightful for me. I HAVE SOLIDIFIED A LOT OF IDEAS AND LEARNED A LOT.

The sad, but true fact is, if you are a regular listener to this podcast then there is a high likelihood, you are making the conscious decision NOT to become a millionaire in 2023. THAT IS ON YOU, MY FRIEND!
